A single 65,000 square foot building permits all manufacturing operations to be conducted more efficiently, with product quickly moving from concept to finished assembly.
Mastercam Software is used for both tooling and CNC fixture design, and facilitates quick and easy transfer of data files between all interested parties.
Thermoforming sheet sizes up to 7 feet by 10 feet, in-house mold making capabilities, five-axis CNC trimming, slik screening up to 42" x 120", sonic welding, bonding, and general assembly are just a few of the services we provide.
